QUALITY CONTROL
1. Do the materials Incoming inspection.
2. Made 10pcs mass production samples to test it.
3. Performance test,burn-in test for 8 hours.
4. If no problem take the material to Stick the chips to PCB
5. Take 10% of the order PCB which finished by SMT.
6. Do small production.
7. Arrange the production line produce the PCBA,(plug the electron
components, welding the components)
8. Test the PCBA performance step by step (input, output, short test,
over-voltage test,over-current test,)100% ONE BY NOE.then put the
PCBA in the housing,burn-in test(3hour).

Typically the factory lead time is 2-4 weeks however the actual time will depend on when the order is placed. Shipping by sea is estimated at 20-35 days, Shenzhen to seaport (t.b.d.). Air Shipping delivery time: Standard shipping service is 3-4 days, second rate service is 5-7 days. Please know that the shipping dates above are approximated.
